Get one of those Jell-o no bake cheesecake kits, the plain ones none of that strawberry topping bullshit. Follow the directions, except replace half of the required milk measurements with eggnog, mix some cinnamon into the graham crust mix and sprinkle a little nutmeg over the top. Pretty tasty for the holidays and easy to make.

This year I replaced all the milk with egg nog in the recipe and mixed it a few minutes longer than directed to thicken it up. I got some good reactions to it! You'd think it would be overpowering, but its actually pretty mild.
